Richard Harding and Susie Peel started volunteering at Embrace in November 2012, after helping out with nature activities and gaining experience in the office helping to write applications. They went on to apply for funding for their own project RoarArt and after a gruelling process of selection their funding bid was successful and they gained £1000 from Starbucks.

Richard and Susie are now about to start their project RoarArt giving disadvantaged young people from Brixton the opportunity to visit one of Londons biggest attraction, London Zoo. The project incorporates fun filled learning about conservation and animals with art. The kids are going to produce a series of compelling images with collage, pencils and paint that will be exhibited to enhance peoples awareness of rare wildlife. The first session begins on 2nd August 2013.
